Dear Clovr Users, In compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards, Clovr strictly prohibits any content or activities related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)and has implemented strong measures to prevent them. Our priority is to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users.
What is CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)?
CSAE refers to any content or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. The following are examples of prohibited actions:
- Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
- Engaging in child sexual exploitation or trafficking
- Creating, sharing, or distributing inappropriate sexual content involving children
- Posting sexualized images, videos, or animations (including digitally manipulated content) of minors
- Writing comments or posts that suggest or depict children in an inappropriate sexual manner
- Encouraging or promoting the production of sexual content involving children
Such activities are strictly prohibited by Google Play's policies and are illegal in most jurisdictions. Clovr has a zero-tolerance policy toward any CSAE-related activities.
Clovr’s Child Protection Policies
Clovr has established a multi-layered protection system to prevent CSAE-related content or activities on our platform.
1. Monitoring and Oversight System
- Detection and automatic removal of inappropriate content
- Immediate review and action on reported content or users
2. User Reporting and Response System
- Users can report any inappropriate behavior involving children
- Reported accounts are thoroughly reviewed and may be removed or reported to relevant authorities
- If child exploitation activities are detected, we will work with law enforcement agencies to take appropriate legal action
3. Strict Community Guidelines
- Any inappropriate content related to children will be immediately removed, and accounts will be permanently banned
- Users engaging in sexually inappropriate behavior or requests will be blocked
- Regular audits are conducted to comply with Google Play’s child safety policies
